The construction and use of the cleanroom should reduce the indoor introduction, occurance and retention of particles, that is no or less introduction of particles, no or less occurance of particles, no or less retention of particles, etc.
According to the requirements of product production, the parameters like temperature, humidity and pressure should be controlled. According to the requirements of product production, the air distribution, air velocity, noise, vibration, static electricity, etc. in the cleanroom also need to be controlled. Therefore, cleanroom (factory) and related facilities can be roughly divided into eight categories:

(5) Clean clothing system, cleanroom supplies (table, chair, cabinet, rack, vacuum cleaner), clean room consumables;
(6) Testing instruments;
(7) Environmental protection facilities (waste gas treatment system, wastewater treatment system);
(8) Dedicated device (biological isolation device, micro-environment)
The control requirements of the production environment in the production of electronic products not only have strict requirements on the cleanliness of the air in the room, but also have strict requirements on the purity impurity content of all kinds of high purity media in direct contact with the production process of electronic products — high purity water, high purity gas, high purity chemicals, etc. Some electronic products also have more stringent requirements for vibration, static electricity, electromagnetic interference, power supply, etc.
