Ensure the air supply of the clean air-conditioning system is to ensure the number of air changes in the cleanroom, to meet the need of indoor airflow organization. When the clean air-conditioning system is in normal operation, the air supply volume of the system should be measured regularly, and the measurement points could be selected in the air inlet and outlet of the blower. Because in design, the air supply of the system is comprehensively considered from the consumption of the energy, the airflow organization that should be in the room, and other aspects. If the air supply volume of the system is too low, the airflow velocity at the outlet of the cleanroom will be reduced, thereby the indoor airflow organization form will be destroyed, indoor polluted air unable to be discharged, and the indoor cleanliness standards cannot be met.
The reduction of the air supply volume of the system may have the following factors:
1) After a period of operation, the belt-driven fan decreases the speed of the fan due to the lengthening of the belt, so that the air volume delivered by the fan will be reduced.
2) The dust holding capacity of the air filter reaches the maximum so that the air friction increases and the wind cannot be sent out. Therefore, during the operation of the clean air-conditioning system and cleanroom, regular attention should be paid to check the condition of the air filter and air friction at all levels (the pressure differential gauge is installed before and after the air filter) and the dust holding capacity; or the differential pressure gauge should be used for regular testing. (There is no pressure difference gauge is installed before and after the air filter); or judge by experience to determine whether the air filter at all levels should be replaced or not so that the air supply volume of the system is unchanged.
