Technical Terms For Application Of Cleanroom Maintenance Structure System
1. Sandwich panel
A self-supporting composite plate consisting of a bimetallic surface and adiabatic core materials between the two metallic surfaces
2. Steel substrate
A steel plate or strip used for coating
3.Coating material
It is a liquid material that is coated on the surface of the substrate and can form a coating with protection, decoration, and/or other special functions (such as antifouling, heat insulation, mildew resistance, insulation, etc.). It is usually composed of four components: film-forming substances, solvents, pigments, and additives.
4.Fireproof limit
The period of time during which a building component, fitting, or structure is subjected to fire until it eventually loses its stability, integrity, or thermal insulation.
5.Bond strength
Maximum load per unit area of the metal surface sandwich panel when the surface material is separated from the core material. The unit is MPa
6.Flexural loading capacity
Under the condition of standard support spacing, the specified deflection that the metal surface sandwich plate reaches after loading. The unit is KN/m2.
7.Non-thermal damage
Damage to articles, equipment, etc in a fire that is not caused by the release of heat from combustion. It is an important item in fire losses, especially in cleanroom fire losses. Common non-thermal damage is the combination of fire smoke and fire water to form an acid mist that corrodes valuables and equipment.
8.Smoke damage index(SDI)
The product of the soot production rate and the FM fire propagation index- FPI, which represents the degree of damage to the cleanroom environment caused by the smoke and dust produced by the fire, and the unit is (m/s1/2)/(kW/m)2/3.
