1. Power switch. Generally, there are three places in the stainless steel air shower room to cut off the power supply:
1). The power switch on the outer box;
2). The control panel on the inner box;
3). Both sides on the outer boxes (the power switch here can prevent the power supply from being cut off in an emergency, and effectively improve the personal safety of the staff). When the power indicator fails, please check the power supply in the above three places.
2. When the fan of the stainless steel air shower is not working, please check whether the emergency switch on the outdoor box of the air shower is cut off for the first time. If it is confirmed to be cut off, press it lightly with your hand and rotate it to the right and then release it.
3. When the fan in the stainless steel air shower room is reversed or the wind speed is very small, please be sure to check whether the 380V three-phase four-wire line is reversed. Generally, the air shower manufacturer will have a dedicated electrician to connect the wire when it is installed in the factory. If the line source of the air shower room is reversed, the lighter one will cause the fan in the air shower room to not work or the wind speed of the reverse air shower room will decrease, and the heavy one will burn the circuit board of the entire air shower room. It is recommended that enterprises using the air shower room do not go lightly replace the wiring. If you are sure to move it due to production needs, please consult the manufacturer of the air shower.
4. In addition to the above three points, it is necessary to check whether the emergency stop button inside the air shower room box is pressed. If the emergency stop button is in red, the air shower room will not blow. Until the emergency stop button be pressed again, it will work normally.
5. When the stainless steel air shower cannot automatically sense the shower, please check the light sensor system in the lower right corner of the air shower room to see if the light sensor device is installed correctly. If the light sensor is opposite and the light sensor is normal, it can automatically sense blowing.
6. When the wind speed of the stainless steel air shower room is very low, please check whether the primary and high-efficiency filters of the air shower room have too much dust. If so, please replace the filter. (The primary filter in the air shower room generally should be replaced within 1-6 months, and the high-efficiency filter in the air shower room generally should be replaced within 6-12 months).
