Clean room sterilization means killing or removing all microorganisms (including bacteria, viruses, etc.) in a substance, which is of absolute significance. In other words, corresponding to sterilization is non-sterilization, and there is no intermediate state of more sterilization and less sterilization. From this point of view, absolute sterilization is almost non-existent because it is difficult to achieve or reaches an infinite time.
Commonly used sterilization methods mainly include: high temperature drying sterilization, high pressure steam sterilization, gas sterilization, filter sterilization, radiation sterilization and so on.
